Ok so maybe a few of you havent heard of this before BUT it is delicious. The last time I had one of these was in Australia quite a few years ago as they used to sell them at the bakeries. They are filled with cream and custard. So so yum. I found a recipe for one. The almonds give it a nice crunch and nutty flavour against the creaminess of the cake and custard.
