Custard cream crepe cake

You definetly have to make the custard yourself and not use packet custard as it makes a huge difference with it being home made.  Here is the link to it. Enjoy!

Kiwifruit Dessert Sushi

This sounds real interesting!  Was looking through kiwifruit recipes and came across this. http://www.zesprikiwi.com/recipes/dessert15.htm  It would be quite refreshing I think. The coconut, pineapple and kiwifruit would go really nice together.  Kiwifruit is a hard one to incorporate in recipes unless its on the top of something but this is a twist on something most of us love (sushi)!

Wedding cake for my friend

This is a cake I made for my friends wedding yesterday.  She wanted it to match her shoes and the colours came out great.  Its a chocolate mud cake with 3 cakes layered for the bottom and 2 for the top teir.  Loved making the fondant flowers for it.  Time consuming but fun

Fruit Pizza

This is a lovely dessert to take to someones place for dessert.  Its really nice and you can add whatever fruit you want to the pizza.  Ive done it a couple of times and everyone has always liked it.

You dont have to put a glaze on the top.  I dont, I just drizzle a passionfruit syrup or raspberry sauce on the top and its yummy.  Enjoy

Assorted Cupcakes for Kids Cupcake Party

Half are chocoate with vanilla buttercream and the other are vanilla with vanilla buttercream frosting.  This was the colour theme of the girls party.  Topped with fondant butterflies, flowers, twists and little heart circles.
