Did these the other day. I make the lemonchello cupcakes from the post I did the other day but instead of using lemonchello I used a lemon and lime syrup. The lemon curd recipe for this is really yummy and tangy. Didnt have lemonchello at the time so used the syrup instead. The other cupcakes are a chocolate mud with raspberry jelly sprinkles and raspberry jubes.
